For OC Cards, you may submit them, and then wait for them to be checked over by an admin such as myself (or another if I get one).
Another important factor is Archtypes. Archtypes is an automatic name to a given group of cards that fit into one category- several archtypes include the Red-Eyes, Skull Servant, Dark World, Majestic Mechs, etc.
You may create Original Archtypes, but you must give us a discription fo what thei rliek at least in their submission area. For archtypes, you may also chose to make them Public or Private. If you do chose Public, anyone may make cards of this archtypes. If it's Private, only the creator can make these cards.
