Only a few short hours after having been there for the lecture, Adam returned to Duel Academy, but this time it was different. Entering through the front doors, he headed to the reception area. After knocking on the door, he entered the office and approached the lady behind the counter. "Excuse me," he said politely. "Would it be possible to schedule an entry duel into the academy?"

"Of course." The lady said. "We have an opening right now in fact"

"Excellent," said Adam. "Sign me up." He hadn't expected an opening immediately, but he had brought his duel disk and brand new deck just in case. With hie deck having been recently modified and rebalanced, this would prove to be an interesting test of its abilities.

"Just walk into the 1st door on the left behind me. There should be a proctor ready to duel." The lady said with a friendly smiled. "Good luck."

"Thank you," said Adam to the lady before it turned into a confident grin as he left the office. Following her directions, he entered through the first door on the left behind the office. Setting his pack down, he pulled out his duel disk, his deck already in the deck box on his belt. He then looked around the room for the proctor that he would duel.

The proctor stood in the middle of the room. He dawned a brown trench coat that covered everything but his brown shoes. He had white hair that was spiked/slicked back.

Placing his duel disk on his arm, Adam headed out into the middle of the room. Standing facing the duel proctor, he didn't raise his duel disk nor go for his deck. "What say we get this duel started," he said with a grin.

The man activated his duel disk and put his deck into its place. "You can have the 1st move." he said.

(From the image you gave the proctor, I was imagining a kind of western shootout kind of thing, lol) "Gladly," replied Adam as he flipped open his deck box while his duel disk was activating. Sliding the deck into the holder, he drew five cards and quickly studied his hand. (Draw Phase) "My go!" Drawing a sixth card, Adam grinned. (Main Phase 1) "I'm summoning Fortress Warrior in defense mode!" he stated as he played the monster card. "I'll play two cards face down and end my turn." (End Phase)
(Summary)
Deck: 54
Graveyard: 0

(Kind of. Watch and learn.) "You activate my Fortress Warrior's abilities," said Adam with a grin. "Even if its in attack mode, all battle damage dealing with this card becomes zero. Also, once per turn, if it would be destroyed by battle, it isn't destroyed."

(Draw Phase) "Now, time for my comeback," said Adam as he drew another card. (Standby Phase
(Main phase 1) "You made a mistake in playing that heart of clear water," he said confidently as he looked at the proctor with a grin. "If you hadn't done that, I would've had to drastically change my strategy. I really have to thank you. Now, I summon Debris Dragon!" Playing a third monster card, a small white dragon appeared on his field. "Now, I'll tune my Speed Warrior and my Fortress Warrior with my Debris Dragon. Synchro summon! Take Flight! Stardust Dragon (2500/2000)!" As all three of his monsters disappeared, Adam watched as his ace monster appeared an a display of light and sparks. "Now, I'll complete my strategy. Flip, Assault Mode Activate! Now, by getting rid of my Stardust Dragon, I can play his powered up form. Rise! Stardust Dragon/ Assault Mode (3000/2500)!"
(Battle Phase) "Go, Stardust Dragon! Attack his first Elemental Hero Sparkman!"
